Nash Home Healthcare is a family-operated agency founded by Vincent’s Wife who is also a licensed nurse in 2016. We provide compassionate, culturally responsive in-home care to seniors, adults, and children across Milwaukee. Our team is committed to consistency, dignity, and building lasting relationships that feel like family. Nash Home Healthcare was built on a vision of trust, respect, and empowerment. We believe that quality care isn’t just about meeting medical needs—it’s about enhancing quality of life, honoring dignity, and creating meaningful connections. Every member of our team, from licensed nurses to personal care assistants, shares this commitment to compassionate service and client-centered care.

We specialize in a range of services, including skilled nursing, personal care assistance, companionship, dementia support, and medication management. But beyond the services we provide, it’s the relationships we build that set us apart. Meet Our CEO

Vincent Nash

Vincent’s path to home healthcare is rooted in both personal experience and community passion. Originally working in medical transportation, he discovered his true calling during the pandemic when he stepped in to take over Nash Home Healthcare—a company his wife founded in 2016 as a nurse. Motivated by the care he witnessed and gave to his own family, particularly his grandmother, Vincent embraced the mission of providing compassionate, personalized care to families across Milwaukee.

Under his leadership, Nash Home Healthcare has grown from a small agency serving just a handful of clients to a thriving operation with over 50 active clients, high retention rates, and a team of dedicated caregivers who share his commitment to empathy and excellence. Vincent is known for his hands-on leadership, being accessible to both clients and staff, and building strong, trust-based relationships that set Nash apart from other agencies.

He is deeply focused on scaling with purpose—bringing reliable, high-quality care to more families while maintaining the personal touch that makes Nash Home Healthcare feel like an extension of the family. With a clear vision to serve 100 families in the near term and a long-term goal of reaching hundreds more, Vincent is committed to making home healthcare personal, dependable, and transformative for every client and caregiver he works with.

Each summer, Nash Home Healthcare hosts our annual company picnic, bringing clients, caregivers, staff, and their families together for a day of food, games, bouncy houses, and fun.
